The king suite was well-maintained, included central heating, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was good, I had a great weekend there. The location was very central, excellent very close to everything.

It's great place for sightseeing and exploring Hanmer Springs. Make sure you stay in the apartment with space to relax. When I am in Hanmer Springs, I like staying here...

I greatly enjoyed 2 nights there. Everything was perfectly fine, the parking was on site, the room was well-kept. The hotel was in a convenient and handy location near to the best restaurants, town centre and forest walks and the shops & cafes. Grill bar Saints Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Overall the service was efficient.

The hotel's location is superb and within very easy walking distance of the middle of town and the hot pools. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well set out, with lovely mountain views. We had the best night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. The basic amenities provided in the unit's nice kitchen were excellent and had everything we needed.

It had 2 bedrooms at a reasonable price, we were 2 women having a night away from the men. I have already recommended this to a friend and they have booked for the new year.

We absolutely loved our stay at Spa Lodge Motel. The space was wonderfully equipped and we appreciated the separate bedroom. Being so close to the spa and shopping centre was a major plus. We were pleasantly surprised by the 50+ Sky TV channels available. The hostess, Monique, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Despite the motel not being modern, it felt like a home away from home. The cleanliness was impeccable and they provided all those little extras that made our stay extra special.

We felt like it was our own home, with no complaints whatsoever.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the local hot pools. The kitchen was well equipped which was great when we wanted to cook our own meals. Another advantage was the friendly staff who provided us with everything we needed during our stay.

The motel was a bit older and needed some major updates. We found the lack of air conditioning to be quite uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the center of town is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the local bars, restaurants, and the famous hot pools. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including excellent heating for those cold winter days. The spacious and comfortable beds ensure a restful night's sleep.

This place is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Free parking is available onsite and we had a wonderful time during our stay here.

I highly recommend this place for a perfect holiday as there is a dog stream recreation area just a short walk away.
